First impressions matter, and this set an unfortunate tone for our stay. Additionally, the room we received did not match the one I had booked, which was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were also quite limited and did not feel aligned with the overall price point of the hotel. Given the hotel’s location and reputation, we had hoped for a more polished and hospitable experience."
