"Room is clean and comfortable. Our room
Include continental breakfast. I found their hot breakfast offer confusing and from the sound of others at the restaurant I’m not alone.
The price of hot breakfast upgrade is very reasonable, a simple clear sign would have clear any confusion and I’m sure customers will enjoy them."
"Stayed for six nights, best decision! Excellent location walking distance to many attractions. Recently renovated rooms, tastefully done with excellent air conditioning. Easy access to pool that is surrounded by relaxing seating. Live music near pool added to ambience, yet my room was quiet. The food in hotel area was consistently of a high standard. The winning point though was the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful."
"Room was clean, modern with fresh sheets, but noisy fridge and it didn’t cool properly. Pool was great but the bbq area was filthy so we couldn’t use. Dryer was advertised as free but just didn’t work. Outside laundry space to hang clothes was over a dirty wastewater pit.
Location was great and in the heart of town. Front desk although said it waa open 7-7 was not manned. However we did have a lovely chat with one of the staff there who helped us when our key card decided not too work"
"Bluestone Motel was well positioned. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and tidy, and spacious. Modest bathrooms but functional.
The restaurant however was very very expensive. The food was tasty but ordinary, sadly it was definitely not worth the money."
"The accomodation was easy to find and the instructions for self check in were good.
When calling to confirm the booking they didn’t answer the phone, I called at 3 different times of day.
The sheets on the bed had not been changed, they had dirty marks all through them. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and had hair and dirt marks everywhere.
The towel rail in the bathroom was also falling off the wall.
The tea and coffee sachets were old and melted together in a dirty container."
"Their sheets smell like they haven't been washed for a long time, and the wardrobe is not clean. The most important thing is that their employees broke into my room without permission, which scared me very much, but there was no compensation. They just said a simple sorry to me."
"Okay for an overnight stay, though parking was just about adequate, especially when we came back from eating out. U shaped building, quite dated with pool in the middle of the car park area. Booked in using the codes sent previously by email, so good to have a printed copy, just in case, no reception staff.
Complimentary breakfast offers hot options, self service.
We went to the Big Fig Bistro about a 10minute drive out of town, definitely worth the trip.
