"It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful.
The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors.
Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again"

"Location is good, 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, hotel staff were good, didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but room was very comfortable. Would stay again. "

"The room was clean and tidy. Carrie and Demi at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was impressive with chefs that personally make freshly cooked noodles in front of you. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time!"
