"Great location and amenities. Friendly But understaffed, and limited in usefulness. Room maintenance was by request only, and only way to ask for it was going to front desk and talking to them directly. No phone in rooms. Also - had an issue with my room that I brought up to management, and instead of offering a solve I was challenged on the validity of my statement.
