"Friendly staff at reception when I checked in. Had a brief chat as to why I as staying in London. The complimentary coffee in the nearby breakfast room was much needed and appreciated. Great room and really comfortable bed. Slept really well."

"We were told to ring half hour before so someone can meet us to let us in. I rang half hiur before to let them know. We got to the apartment at 7pm and no one was there. So i rang and said someone is on there way. 20minutes later i rang again and said someone shouls be there any minute. 15minutes past and still no one. Rang the third time and they said the same thing. I did make it clear i had 4 young kids and my wife standing outside all this time. After the 3rd phone call we were waiting...
