"Tuve una estancia agradable, pero el servicio del personal de recepción puede mejorar."

"Very good value and will recommend Hotel Ora for anyone arriving fairly late at the airport and more sense to stay and not go into Seoul until the next day. As an English speaker I found some staff's English was not strong be we were able to communicate so not a real problem. If you get many foreigners staying it would be good to perhaps have more directions in English, use of TV, etc. Airport shuttle very good. For breakfast only a sandwich was available although that was very good."

"Stayed one night to catch my early flight next morning. Upon check-in it was disappointing to find left over food in refrigerator and trash, hair in the closet floor. The place wasn't cleaned before the next guest."

"모든것이. 훌륭함"

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. My room was never cleaned, and the trash was not picked up unless I asked. They would simply leave towels and 2 bottles of water outside the door. The bathroom was extremely outdated and did not feel clean. There were no clean cups, and the towels were old, smelled unpleasant, and some were even ripped. The gym was okay, staff was friendly, restaurants were okay. Overall, this hotel is not worth...

"The staffs are very kind but the hotel room is very tiny."

"Nothing more"
