"I was extremely disappointed with this stay. We had seven people in our room, so naturally things got a little messy. I called three separate times requesting that our floors be cleaned, but no one ever came. We eventually got a broom, no dust pan ourselves and swept the kitchen area, but food and debris remained on the floors for the entire stay because they were never properly cleaned. "Did not know I Would be walking into a construction zone. Painting where we eat breakfast at is so gross. It’s a pet hotel and my dogs were barking some and they told me I was not allowed to leave them alone. Yet for days could hear dogs from other rooms barking and construction didn’t help pets calmness. Horrible customer service"
