"My boyfriend and I were planning to have a relaxing time, enjoying the pool and hot tub and the restaurant. However there were so many kids in the pool and hot tub. No parents near. We arrived at 430pm and from inside our room we could hear the kids screaming and screeching in the pool area and thought we'd wait a bit...by 8pm it was constantly loud kids in the pool so we decided we'd better enjoy the amenities regardless. Well we went in the hot tub and were surrounded by 14 kids no parents!!!...

"Overall my stay was okay, the staff were really nice and helpful. I had a great sleep during my stay, the beds are comfy. The room itself was disappointing. Staff had to come in and clean the filter in the bathroom, and replace a set of bedding due a cigarette burn on the top sheet and a weird reddish brown splatter stain on the comforter. Staff replaced it as soon as they were made aware of the concern. The coffee machine and microwave looked brand new, the rest of the kitchen items were...
