"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to use our room right away. There was an elevator to go up. They offered a great 9 euro breakfast that was good value and convenient. My only complaint was disposable items like cups - would be even better with reusable cups and glasses. Very good value for the money and steps away from the train station."

Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! Pas de bonjour non plus lors des passages par l’accueil. Sinon studio sympa...

"Totally overpriced. They charged 88 eur/chf for one person, without breakfast, non-refundable, prepaid at time of booking. The room was nice. But the place is in the middle of nowhere and it is totally off-season now. A high price considering these factors. In a nice little city like Marciac e.g. i paid 64 eur for a comparable room even in a city and incl. a good breakfast. And it was refundable. Well it was my choice to book here, cant blame anyone for that. But: When i arrived here the hotel...
