"The staff is A+. So unbelievably kind and helpful. Hotel in the middle of everything you want. The only issue and it’s not the staff’s fault is the noise level from outdoors and the squeaking sound from the furniture when u walk because of the level of the floor or old furniture. Also you can hear ever door shut and close, ours too. I will stay here again because of the location and staff for sure. I just need maybe a different room and or different area. "We were upgraded to a balcony room with a view of the city centre and main duomo, this room was quiet being at the other side of property not facing the main train station. Speaking of transportation, 3min walk when arriving by train and the tram is at your door. We walked the city easily from here. Room was good, bathroom small which is normal in Europe Great selection of breakfast options Staff were friendly and helpful"
