"Terribly bad property. Not as shown in the image .. cockroaches everywhere in the room … very dirty bedsheet, unusable bathroom … no water pressure in the bathroom. I do not recommend this property at all. "

"Have strayed at Arpita several times in connection with a business trip - and all time have I received a very good and friendly service.
Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable.
The hotel has both a nice pool, a good restaurant and a separate bar.
Area is ‘country-side’ India with all that means.."
