"I had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and informative. There’s daily activities you can join for free or for a small fee, I booked for one night and extended another night because it’s the best hotel in Siem Reap. The hotel is located at the central of everything where you can walk to places safe and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I go back "

"立地が大変良く、清掃が行き届いていて清潔、広めの部屋、この値段で宿泊できることを考えると、次回もリピートしたいホテルです。 ベッド寝具類、タオルも良い香り、大変清潔で安心して泊まれました。 水回りは、トイレとシャワーは横並びで、トイレにシャワーの水がかかりますが、シャワーの浴び方を工夫すれば問題ありませんでした。 初日にお湯が出なかったので、スタッフに見てもらい、お湯が出るようになりました。お湯の温度と量が安定しない日もありましたが、しばらくすると出るようになったので、たいした問題ではありませんでした。 アメニティは、歯ブラシ、ヘアコーム、小さい石けん、シャンプー、シャワージェルがありました。ドライヤーも部屋にありました。 小さいボトルのお水が毎日補充されました。 セキュリティボックスはありません。 清掃をして欲しい日は、フロントにハウスキーピングに入って欲しいと伝えました。帰ると綺麗になっていてとても快適でした。 スタッフが親切ですし、手頃な値段で快適な宿泊をしたい方にはおすすめします。"

"We were not able to check in. There was no one to assist us when we went to the place. When our guide was able to contact the number we were told to cancel the reservation. Due to poor internet connection in the area, we were not able to process the cancellation. We requested for a refund but was denied."

"アンコールワットに一番近いホテルだということと、普通のホテルではなく現地の方の家のような外観に惹かれ宿泊しました。 カンボジアの伝統的な家の2階が客室、1階の屋根の下で朝食や夕食を食べました。 朝食と夕食はお母さんの手作りで、とても美味しかったです。 客室は広く、宿泊者は基本的に1組限定という感じでしたので、広々自由に使うことができました。wifiも快適に繋がりました。 都会のホテルでは味わえない、ローカルな文化を感じることができ、とても良い経験になりました。 "
