"If negative stars were an option, that’s what this motel would get. We slept in our winter coats because the heat was not on when we got there and did not decide to work until 6am the next morning. I’ve never been so uncomfortable."

I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did...

"The staff was amazing and very helpful! Breakfast was granola bars, fruit and coffee and tea! The room was okay but not grest."

"Our room was clean and quiet and seemed to be recently renovated with new decor and new carpet. Bathroom had also been updated. Breakfast was fine, they had hot foods like eggs, sausage, and French toast, and also offered a waffle station and cereal selections. Parking was easy and close. I would stay again if I return to the area."

"This is a cabin resort depending on the room level. Rustic but you ARE in a national park so to be expected. If in the traditional or cabins, you walk up the hill to the dining room/bar. There are 2 short (1.5mi) right at the lodge"
