"I called 3 separate times to ensure we could get the two rooms next to each other to which I was told each time that shouldn’t be a problem. I did advise I would be coming in late which I was told wouldn’t be an issue only to arrive to have the rooms on two separate floors and one of the rooms wouldn’t have be what we reserved.
