"This was a beautiful little hotel on a cute quiet street. The host, Marco, was amazing. He is so friendly and always greeted all his guests and makes everyone coffee and drink in the morning. He was so helpful and gave us directions and recommendations. The breakfast was amazing!! We missed the food when we left. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The room was clean and had a massive bathroom. AC was nice and cold. I Can’t say enough good things and would stay here again....
"Room smelled of tobacco, went on to take a shower and at first the water was ice cold and then all of the sudden got super hot, when trying to change the water temperature, the shower handle delivered an electric shock."
"The best thing about this property is the proximity to public transit. However, the city center is known to be filled with pick pockets and hustlers. Knowing this, we purchased pepper spray and purposely divided our money for safety. We never expected to be robbed by hotel staff which is exactly what happened. $180 Euro was taken while we were out for the day and the room was cleaned. Bags were moved and zipper placements were changed so we know each bag was searched. Very disappointed by hotel...
"The hotel is nice enough, but could use a little TLC. Lovely pool area was a welcome highlight after a hot day at Pompeii. Breakfast was fine, although a little lacking in variety. The coffee, however, was outstanding! Our room had a balcony with a drying rack — ideal both for bathing suits and a little bit of laundry..
The only complaints were the AC — it works well enough, but temperature and fan speed , could not be adjusted and the shower. Be prepared for an older European-style...

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

Ao chegarmos fomos informados que o estabelecimento não dispõe desse serviço, o que se tornou um inconveniente. Hotel familiar, mas falta alguns reparos, banheiro pequeno e pra três pessoas tomarem banho, a última fica sem água quente, isso no inverno. Não foi um bom custo benefício. "
"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump.
