"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My stay was cut short because of a significant delay in our flight due to maintenance. When I asked about reserving the shower, she said it typically would cost but because I wasn’t getting my full stay, she was willing to reserve the shower for me free of charge. That is great customer service. Although, I do believe for the price, it should include the shower. It was nice to be able to rest in between flights. I will likely do the bunk next time...
