"“The staff at reception were polite and helpful, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was a lot of dust, the toilet had not been cleaned properly, and there were hairs all over the bathroom. The toilet seat was also broken. The bathroom door was old and swollen from moisture, so it was very difficult to open and close and made a very loud noise. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were poor. "Absolute disaster—the worst experience ever. I travel 60+ times a year and never complain, but I must warn you: STAY AWAY. This is definitely not a hotel!!!"
"The hotel is really beautiful, set right on the ocean. Our room had an amazing view over the sea. The beach is right next door. We were there right at the end of the season, so I think some of the amenities like water sports and spa had ended. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was really tasty. The mussels came in this amazing sauce that I had not tasted before! The breakfast was really nice too.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I would return!"
