"Sunny is the reason I’d return if she were still working there. I wouldn’t consider the trip back otherwise. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She even gave me a late check-out because of some issues with the room, like the heater and the remote control on the TV. Also some things that were missing from the room, which she quickly resolved. However, I must say that the location was prime. The hotel was walking distance to everything I needed. But the room definitely needed some updating. There was no refrigerator or phone in the room, which was a bit odd for me. Overall, if you’re traveling alone, it’s a great option. "

After returning to the hotel one evening with my kids following a day out in the city, we were shocked to find several used undergarments left on the kitchen worktop. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve. The following day, we discovered yet another undergarment on the floor. We reported these issues to reception, but the response was disappointing. The only compensation offered was one day of free breakfast, which did not feel appropriate given the severity of the situation. Overall, this experience was very unpleasant, and it is difficult to overlook such serious lapses in hygiene and service."
