"Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The dining room was clean and the manager very pleasant. The single room was ok but although the shower was powerful im not a big fan of shower curtains that stick to you. I prefer a solid door. Welcome bottle of water and very polite reception. I’m going back."

"Stayed in this hotel last minute as we are too tired for the day trip so decide to add another day. Didn’t have toothbrush or charging with me. Asked the reception and they have them! Also I like how they have a self service nibble and drink lounge for free so I can fill up my water bottle whenever I need. Have hot water. Room temp water and a coffee machine free to use. Comes with some free croissant too."

"This was a basic room that did what we needed as a group of girls on a weekend away. Avoid the overpriced breakfast, fill your water bottle with the free water and walk 10 minutes then you have all the cafes you need. Excellent location opposite the exit from Eurostar. Good shower, comfy beds (even the camp ones we needed) Main issue was the AC, no cool air at all. The room was very hot. First member of staff told us to come back and tell their colleague later, second tried to help said it had been looked at and offered a fan. Finally on the last morning Ingrid was more helpful and explained that it’s not ‘on’ until the end of May. That could have been explained sooner and more clearly. We had a great time but the customer support could have been better. "

"We had suite room 414 and it was amazing. The views out the windows were incredible. Large room comfortable bed, one of the best motel rooms I've ever stayed in."

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"
