There was a girl who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. She greeted me very well when I arrived and showed me many things to do in Mostar and explained some details about the hotel. Gave me tea and cookies during checkin and was very helpful. The hotel is amazing. Very good location. Very good breakfast. Very good views from the room. Very good staff. 10/10 5 stars for sure!"
