למזגן בחדר שתי אפשרויות בלבד: או הקפאה או כיבוי. תושב האסלה היה לא מחובר למקומו. לא ניתנה לנו אפשרות להשתמש במכונת הקפה בחדר האוכל, אלא בין שבע בבוקר עד עשר. אין אפשרות להזמין קפה בתשלום בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות. שילמנו על חדר משודרג וקיבלנו חדר של אכסניית נוער, עם דלת מתפוררת שלא נסגרת עד הסוף אלא רק בשימוש בכוח. , מפתח שצריך . להתאמץ כדי לפתוח איתו. דווקא שירות הנקיון היה מעולה כל הימים. שעות הבריכה לא הגיוניות. עשר בבוקר? למה לא בשעה תשע כמו בכל מקום?

Off the beaten track

The premises of Eden Inn are beautiful and serene. There is ample space and a beautiful pool. We arrived very early and were able to use the premises before check in. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Not all of the front desk staff speaks english, which made some parts of our stay challenging. There was also black mold in the shower which was alarming. The hotel is easily accessible by car, but less so by public transit. Additionally, it is very difficult to find a cab in Zichron Yaakov. At the end of our stay, we waited hours for a cab until one of the staff drove us to the junction herself.

מיזוג האויר בחדר היה מאד רועש, התלוננתי , כנראה שניסו לתקן אבל לא הצליחו. הקומקום היה עם חלודה ועם מים בתוכו. החליפו לי אותו לתקין. הובטח בהזמנה בקבוק מים בחדר, לא היה לא ביקשתי. השיש מעל השירותים שבור ויש פטריה בקיר של האמבטיה, השארתי את ההערות האילו בקבלה והראתי להם תמונות שצילמתי. הבטיחו לטפל בתלונות ביקשתי שיודיעו לי מה נעשה כמובן שנכון להיום לא קבלתי כל התייחסות. למלון הזה לא אחזו ר שוב. וחשוב בעמוד הראשון של ההזמנה רשום שהמחיר כולל את כל המיסים. רק בעמוד השלישי כתוב לא כולל מע"מ אז רצוי שתתקנו את הטפסים שלכם. וכן אין שרותי "בל בוי" ונאלצתי לסחוב את המזוודה לקומה שניה בכוחות עצמי. תודה ויום טוב

Nice but basic small hotel

The location is close to the center of the town, but you need a car to get there. A small and quiet hotel, with greenery all around. The facilities are a bit old fashioned. The air conditioner had only "hot" even though it was a hot day. Basic bath amenities, no water bottle. Breakfast was basic.

Checking out property for upcoming holiday

First room smelled of smoke. Hallways freezing no heat. Bug on my mattress. Toilet didn't flush too hard. 2nd room was under renovation should have been blocked off. 3rd room wasn't clean, bathtub faucet dosent work at all. Overall I say needs major renovation. Needs a fitness room & indoor pool. Sheets too thin & had holes. Need more lighting. Faucets too hard too shut off. Need to upgrade. Towels bigger less thin. Need fix cement stairs need elevators & Ramps if not too wheel luggage

Lås resväskor mm när ni lämnar rummet

Hårda tjocka kuddar. Parken fin och välhållen, trevlig pool med rent vatten. God frukost buffé. Men någon stal min solskärm som jag brukar ha för att hålla undan håret plus en necessär med hårgrejor, bl a en hopfällbar hårborste. Sakerna hade jag lagt på en hylla i skåpet, och de var borta när vi kom tillbaka. Tyvärr!!

A Wonderful Experience

We stayed overnight and had a most wonderful experience. Bed was most comfortable and room was really clean. I am on a non-salt diet and the chef graciously made me a wonderful omelette for breakfast with no salt. Nothing at all to complain about. Just one suggestion though. Perhaps you can put a box of Kleenex in each of your rooms.

A nice place!

A very nice hotel! I was very well and kindly treated at the reception, I had a nice light and airy room, with a nice view, it was quiet in the evening and I slept well! The breakfast was also great!

Réservation facile. Bon accueil, mais on ne m'a pas accompagnée à ma chambre ni montré le fonctionnement du chauffage. La chambre est grande et propre. Il faisait froid, je n'ai pas pu profiter du parc, qui doit être agréable en été. L'hôtel est à une demi-heure de marche du centre de Zikhron Yaakov.

The breakfast was very bad. hot food was dried up

Very disapppinted with breakfast. The hot food was all dried up as well as the yellow cheese. On one morning, there was no bread to make toast. Apart from that, it was fine although it was difficult getting a sandwich at lunch time
