No hay una organización en los cobros por que en la pagina dan un cobro y llegando al hotel te cobran otro y a la mera hora no te queda de otra mas que pagar ya lo que te indican y en cuestion de las 10 noches para una mas gratis tampoco hay organización

Location, right downtown, everywhere walkable. Good air conditioning, king bed, nice pool, free morning coffee, very clean. Also, friendly efficient staff keep property very clean. Clean, No Frills Hotel

Very nice small hotel, very close to the market, beach and great restaurants. There is very little English spoken at the front desk but they are very accommodating. There is no elevator and our room was on the fourth floor so be prepared to climb stairs. The room is very basic, no frills and very clean. We had a little balcony with two chairs which was lovely to sit and watch the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay at the Zihua Express and Zihuatanejo very much!
