Really great stay. Large spacious rooms with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain. Owner is super sweet and accommodating. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. Note that on DiDi / AMaps it only comes up as Zhangjiajie Bantian Homestay.

Decent place to stay

Cute little boutique hotel- it was decent enough! We only stayed for a couple of days with my friends. Overall not too bad! The only frustration we had was getting DiDi and the app can’t recognize the name of the hotel.for some reason the address that they provided on their website is not accurate. So if you are staying at this place, make sure to communicate with them and get the right address and save it on your phone.

its a small nice hotel with 5 star comfort and technology. also very clean, nice bed, nice furniture. before here, I stayed in a 5 star hotel in guiyang and there was no automatic curtains for instance. but here everything is included for your comfort. you can swim in the pool with rain, eat delicious food and rest. but you should aware of the airport noise, just that. staff was so friendly. very close to airport and city center is not so far, you can use the bus number 8. also very close to the cable way station for tianmen mountain.

The highlight of the hotel is the customer service of the family owned business. The hotel is decent and has everything you need, The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. The accommodation is good for what it offers given the low price and the location. While it is not located in town, it is convenient and fast to get to town or the airport via local taxi or DiDi. The couple who manages the accommodation is friendly and proactive in addressing any issues. Only criticism is the poor noise isolation from the windows. There are a few sources of noise in the area. Firstly, as the accommodation is near the airport, you will get occasional noise from planes though this is a minor issue as there are not many flights into the airport given that this is not a big city. The second source would be the noise from the cars if your room faces the road. The last and most major source of noise would be the frequent ‘gun-like’ sound that is played to chase birds away (probably for the airport). This sound comes at regular intervals which can be annoying and sometimes alarming as you do not really know when it is being played. The accommodation would benefit greatly from installing double-glazed windows to block out these noises. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and it is evident that the couple are doing a lot to make the accommodation a pleasant place for their guests. All the best to them!

Hotel Tian Experience

It was amazing, the couple that run the hotel were very hospitable and accommodating. The lady took from her own time to give us a guide on how to tour the city. The technology inside the actual rooms were top class as well. Heated toilets, automatic curtains, a pretty nice chandelier for a hotel. Not to mention, the scenery topped it all off. The swimming pool had nice scenery and I had a good time with my friends. The staff felt like family.

Dall’esterno ha l’apparenza di una tipica casa cinese, molto semplice, ma una volta entrati la nostra stanza ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta! Si tratta di un Hotel a gestione familiare, con ristorante e piscina. Noi abbiamo affittato la suite, una camera molto ampia, pulita e luminosa. La migliore del nostro soggiorno in Cina. Dalla nostra stanza si potevano ammirare la montagna Tianmen e la porta del Paradiso. Sono presenti tutti i comfort, enorme TV, vasca da bagno e ampia doccia, wc alla giapponese e un angolo per il the! La posizione è ottima, molto vicino all’aeroporto e a 15 min dalla stazione, oltre che ai principali luoghi di interesse. I proprietari sono fantastici, gentilissimi, sempre disponibili ad aiutare a pianificare le visite e consigliare gli itinerari migliori. Nell’hotel è presente un ristorante cinese eccellente, con enorme scelta e prezzi contenuti! Raccomanderemo sicuramente questo hotel a tutti i nostri amici che vogliono visitare Zhangjiajie

A pleasant place to stay

This is more of a boutique and is nestled in a nice neighborhood. It is clean and a fun place, but not a hotel as such. The best part is the closeness with the owner and his family. They work had to see that you have a nice stay and they are very helpful. The food is so so and the dining area is small but they will try to help as much a possible.
