The facility was outstanding! Staff were professional and knowledgeable of the surrounding area and activities. Indoor and outdoor heated pool with spa facilities made for an exciting time. Would gladly stay here again.

Was such a lovely spot. Close to the station yet very quiet. Incredible breakfast. staff were Attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want a luxurious stay with incredible views of the Matterhorn from the deluxe suite!

Excepcional servicio un poco mal situado

Hotel bien reformado muy cerca de la estacion de tren de Zermatt pero lejos del Sunnega para subir a pistas asi como de la vida nocturna restaurantes y pubs/disco. Servivio muy amable , instalaciones muy correctas , habitacion muy muy grande para ser estacion de esqui y mobiliaro moderno. Desayuno excepcionalmete bueno por calidad de la cocina y del servicio. Un poco caro al tener una localizacion optima
