Quaint chalet looking hotel up the hill with amazing Matterhorn views with beautifully renovated rooms that are totally up to date. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast room. And little electric shuttle that will pick you up at the train station if you just give them a call.

Wonderful property with a friendly and professional family run staff. They did a remarkable job with the food preparation for breakfast and for the fondue / raclette night. The spa exceeded our expectations. The romantic room was small with a very nice shower. The view of the town and the Matterhorn from the balcony was incredible.

We booked the hotel from in May and the reservation was confirmed immediately, however due to some kind of miscommunication or technical issue between expedia and hotel, we were told the reservation was canceled and our panoramic room was not available when we arrived. While I was shocked at the news, the lady at the front desk said that she has just upgraded our room to a junior suite room with terrace! The modern suite room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, the view of the Matterhorn was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, we loved everything about our stay and hope to return to Hotel Bella Vista again someday!

Quite a walk from the train station. The hotel electric vehicle service cost 10 each way and stops at 7pm. The room was nice and clean, although because of the recent renovation, it does smell a tiny bit like new paint.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bella Vista. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our rooms were very clean and modern. The room was a bit tight, but we did not spend much time in the room. The hotel is a short walking distance from the main streets of Zermatt, so the surrounding area is fairly quiet.

잊지 못할 마테호른과 벨라비스타

스위스 여행 중 가장 좋았던 곳이었습니다. 가족 모두 벨라 비스타를 제일 좋아했어요. 룸에서 지내는 시간 내내 너무 아늑하고 따뜻함이 느껴졌고, 호텔 스탭들 모두 너무 상냥하고 친절했어요. 테라스에서 보는 마테호른은 잊지못할 환상적인 광경이었습니다. 호텔 지하엔 깜짝 놀랄만한 사우나 스파시설이 있어서 간단히 피로를 풀기 좋았습니다. 조식은 별도의 비용을 내야하는데, 모든 음식들이 아주 신선하고 깔끔하고 맛있어서 너무 좋았어요. 다만, 그 다음날에는 하이킹 일정때문에 아침 7시에 떠나야 해서 조식을 못먹고 떠난 것이 아쉬웟습니다. 역에서 호텔로 가시거나, 체크아웃 후 호텔에서 역으로 가실때에는 택시 또는 숙소에 미리 연락해서 차량을 요청하는 것을 추천합니다. 택시보다는 호텔에 요청하시는 것이 더 저렴합니다. 한국에 돌아와서도 아직도 체르마트 벨라비스타에서 느낀 여운이 많이 남아 있네요. 저희 가족에게 잊지 못할 행복한 추억을 남겨준 호텔 비스타에게 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 새벽에 일어나 일출하는 태양에 비치는 마테호른 사진을 남깁니다.

No breakfast when I was there. I think they just completed the construction so new Cafe is ready for hotel guests. I checked in on Sat afternoon and I had to wait 35 minutes because there was no one on the property. I was very confused and did not know what to do.

The perfect place to stay in amazing Zermatt!

I have been to amazing Zermatt several times – my favourite destination worldwide! This time I pic this charming and wonderful family feeling hotel which I am sure I am going to visit again! This hotel is perfectly situated with a breathtaking view to my favourite mountain – Matterhorn. Our room (no 11) was spacious with balcony and beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The room were comfortable and exceptionally clean with plenty of wardrobe space and all of the amenities that you would expect. Breakfast with fresh juice and breads – and with lots of varieties - was delicious and served by a lovely lady. The spa was like a little bit of heaven, its been done so nicely. You have a lovely view of Mt. Matterhorn from the jacuzzi! The staff's friendliness and willingness to please was amazing! I hope to be back again soon! Highly recommended! 部屋は広く快適で、ベランダからマッターホルンがきれいに見えました。駅からタクシーで5分くらいですが歩いても行けます。朝食はとてもおいしく、毎週火曜日夜に出されるフォンデュはとてもおいしくいただきました。また機会があれば、泊まってみたいです。
