The room was very pretty. The staff was so helpful to us. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. We loved the view of the mountains and the Matterhorn. It was very accessible to the train and convenient to the restaurants.

Breakfast bar was very limited and breads did not taste fresh. This is my only complaint. This is a fantastic location and the room was large by European standards. We had a balcony which was also nice.

Property had a great location with a short walk to the train station and town. We requested a room with a view that did not disappoint. Hotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the wellness spa although hours were limited. Breakfast was adequate. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the common area. Hotel also charges for transport to and from the train station which is about equivalent to a taxi.

Lovely hotel in a great location. There is a bus stop nearby if you don't want to walk from station but it is a short walk as well. The rooms were charming and a good standard hotel breakfast. We had a great view from our balcony and it was worth paying more for. Laundromat 2 minutes away which was a great resource. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Zermatt. Only thing we would have liked was a small fridge in our room.

Good location 15 mins from the train station - in the middle of restaurants, shops, the beautiful church, and especially lifts to Gornergrat and Glacier Paradise are an easy walk. Room was large with a balcony facing the cemetery, which is more like a beautiful garden. Only negative was lack of a bench or chair for extra seating on a wall that was quite dirty from other guests' gear? (probably hiking gear, poles up against it). Bathroom and rest of the room and bed was great.

Wow, what a find. Right in the heart of Interlaken. The view from my balcony over the town with mountains in the background was superb. My room was comfortable and quiet thanks to double–glazing. It was bigger than I expected, with en-suite bathroom. I loved the wood paneling and lace curtains. The hotel is minutes from all the shops, restaurants & tourist attractions. It’s alongside the river, so no steps to climb for access. Big fluffy pillows on a comfy bed, with a desk and chairs to relax in. Included breakfast was a bonus at no extra charge. This was my third time in Zermatt and the best yet.

The property was great. The Breakfast was good. The property was near the city center. The hotel offered a paid service to the train station. Otherwise, it was a 10-minute walk to get on the train. We would use the hotel again if we were back in Zermatt.

I contacted the hotel before we arrived and asked if they had a shuttle from the train station and I was told No… I struggle walking and use a cane and my husband pushed our luggage through the village to the hotel for us and we walked it. The morning we were leaving there right out from the hotel is a shuttle with the hotel name on and I asked how much for the shuttle to the train station and she told me the price. So why when I asked the first time I was told no when you actually have one???? The room was nice, bed hard as a rock making it really hard to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ok…

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great in-town location right next to the ski resort bus stop. Ski lockers and a spa downstairs. Our particular room had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. Loved out stay and would stay again without hesitation.

We love Hotel Antika, this was our second stay in 12 months. Rooms are very clean and fresh, with nice toiletries. My only niggle would be that the pillows are too flat to be supportive but extra pillows were delivered to our room quickly on request. Staff are all very friendly and front desk extremely helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Clean & comfortable room, great location, good breakfast. I'm glad I gambled on the weather and booked a Matterhorn View room- the views were spectacular! We were on the top floor and the elevator doesn’t go to the top, so be aware you might have one flight of easy steps.

Perfect from start to finish, we had a mountain view and it was breathtaking. Staff was super kind. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. Building is quiet and in a great location. But the icing on the cake was the “ lunch” bag we received, because we were checking out early and would miss breakfast. When the front desk person found out we were checking out early, they asked if we would like a sandwich for the train. We picked it up the evening before and it was a full bag of sandwiches, fruit, and more! What a wonderful send off. Would never stay anywhere else. I would give it 1000 stars if I could
