"The front desk receptionist Andy was very rude did not guide to where room was located or tell us about check in or out. The other receptionist greeted customers told them about breakfast or where to go eat. Andy terrible she just gave me door card and looked at me. I stood there waiting for a thank you or enjoy then she just said I’m done. "
