"Clean room, nice suite, nice staff, floors just cracked when walking."

"Airport shuttle was great! The room looked like it was remoldeled recently. Nice backout curtain. Breakfast was the basic self serve, the scramble eggs were good moist not over cooked. Tv had wonderful picture. No microwave and small dorm refrigerator. Coffee is in the lobby and they have a good assortment of snacks and food to buy."

"Our stay was fine. The breakfasts were nice. The neon in the rooms while fun, never turned off which was terrible at night. I loved the rainfall showerhead, but the shower floor was an accident waiting to happen. Overall the hotel was fine, just not the vibe we were looking for."

"The property was clean. All was in order. The only thing is a staff member on a personal call that was inappropriate "

"Staff was friendly. Room was small but efficient. It did have sample sized complimentary shampoo, lotion, soap etc, there was a hairdryer (nice one), and a moving makeup mirror on the wall. There was a nice cabinet to hang clothes in. It also had a rack in the cabinet for a suitcase. There was a mini fridge, and a single serve coffee maker. Our room would have been best for one person traveling alone. The room had a small table, with two nice chairs. Good for working or eating. There were no chairs for relaxing in. That was something we would have really appreciated. In the evening they offered juice, coffee, tea, pop corn and cookies. In the morning they offered complimentary breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, waffles, cereal, and cinnamon rolls. The room had a balcony. We did not take advantage of that. In our case, it looked out over the highway. So it was very loud, not scenic because of the highway. Sleeping was a challenge due to all the traffic, trucks with the Jake brakes and Sirens all night long. Perhaps the rooms on the other side of the hotel would have been more scenic, and quieter. There was an exercise room. To our knowledge there was no pool. If there was one, it was not promoted or mentioned to us. "

"Our room was clean and comfortably furnished, and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Staff were friendly and welcoming, the whole hotel was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and felt very welcoming. The hotel had a great free breakfast and also free nightly snacks of cookies and popcorn available. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly the hotel was, as we were travelling with our young child. There was a nice swing set and several playhouses on the property grounds for kids to play on. The pool was convenient and fun. They had puzzles available to work on together, from 300 pieces and up. Kids ate free at the restaurant on Tuesday, and also got a free toy at the gift shop on the property. The location was nice and a short drive from attractions. We appreciated the hotel compound was surrounded by countryside and very beautiful. It was also convenient with a gift shop, small grocery, restaurant, and theater on the grounds, with the swing set and play houses in the middle of the property. We can't wait to go back again someday!"

"My car was broken into. Two other cars were also broken into. The police said it was a regular thing. A van pulls up. Guys jump out; break car windows and leave the parking lot within minutes. I suffered over a thousand dollars in theft loss"

"The accommodations were excellent; large,clean rooms, good breakfast, comfy beds, great lighting, beautiful lobby and courtyard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"The rooms were definitely not very clean at all. They look like they had been renovated but not kept up. We originally book a king suite(2 room suite) and were told they only have one of them and it was "out of order" due to a water leak. They didn't tell us this until they had already checked us into a room they knew was incorrect and I asked about the mix up. Anyhow, we worked out that issue and I was fine with staying in the current room and they were accommodating and gave us one night of our two free. It wasn't a horrible stay but the rooms were quite dirty and we had absolutely no towel bar or anywhere to hang wet towels after showering. There was dried CHUNKS of food on the couch and spots on the sheets. They was quite a bit of dirt around the toilet and the couch also. The breakfast was lack luster. Waffles, some fruit, oatmeal and sausage that looked a few days old. Also VERY watered down juice. Overall it wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed and the staff was friendly. "
