Neighborhood was safe and right in the middle of everything. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The front desk was helpful to our needs immediately. They called us a taxi when needed. Perfect location in Zakynthos right beside sea side bars and restaurants, shopping stores and cafes. Solomos square is in sight as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The breakfast included was a huge help for travellers. Staff were very friendly and assisted immediately if needed. Bus stops are short walking distances and we used them many times to travel to different beaches during our stay. If we go back to the island, this is where we’ll be staying.

Best location. View from the balcony is amazing. However the facility is a bit old, although renovation has been done. The family room bathroom door cannot been closed. very little hand soap left in the dispenser so we ran out of the hand soap the remaining days. Water was not replenished everyday. Breakfast is good. delicious and wide variety. Cafe is right under the hotel which is very easy to grab food or drink or dessert at night.

Very good value for money, we had a Junior Suite with separate living area and two balconies overlooking the Solomos Sq and the sea. Excellent location within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The suite was industrial in design, clean and minimalist which we liked. Breakfast was decent for a three star hotel with all the basics from juices, coffee and tea to cereals, hot and cold food. The only let down was the bathroom - very small, no shelving to leave all your stuff, water in the shower slow to drain, constantly smelt of sewage. Other than that it would have been perfect for the price, 8/10 overall for me
