Nous ne reviendrons pas

Hôtel bien situé, à l’écart des rues animées et de la plage, mais à une courte distance à pied. Appartement 1 chambre spacieux et fonctionnel pour une famille de 4. Ménage et entretien succinct mais dans l’ensemble correct. Nous n’avons pas été accueillis. J’avais pourtant prévenu de notre horaire d’arrivée (puisque la centrale de réservation vous demande d’envoyer un message sur whatsapp pour ça). J’ai dû appeler le gérant qui m’a finalement dit que la clé se trouvait sur la porte. Le règlement précise que le ménage sera fait tous les jours mais, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et personne n’est passé (vider les poubelles aurait été un minimum quand le papier ne doit pas être jeté dans les wc…) Le petit déjeuner est servi à l’assiette et vous n’avez le droit qu’à un plat, peu copieux et une seule boisson. Le 2ème matin, il manquait même des choses aux plats choisis. Le restaurant sert des plats qui sont très bons mais attention à la note ! Le gérant surfacture ! (2 desserts ajoutés, des bouteilles d’eau hors de prix) et on vous fait croire que vous bénéficiez de -10% sur le total en tant que client de l’hôtel alors que ce sont les prix de la carte qui sont appliqués. Et quand vous les obtenez, ce n’est pas sur tout. Le pompon : un gérant fort désagréable, de mauvaise foi, car vous lui faites refaire la note 2 fois pour qu’elle corresponde simplement à ce que vous avez mangé. Et c’est toujours pas bon… Il a plombé l’ambiance….

Dejlig beliggenhed - men meget smal altan som ikke var hyggelig eller brugbar til alle 5. Indretning i lejlighed - glasdør til badeværelse, ingen krog til håndklæde. Flink og rart personale.

Struttura nuova, silenziosa..immersa nel verde con una strada davanti poco trafficata.....in tre minuti si raggiunge una comoda spiaggia attrezzata...taverne e bar nei dintorni.
