Bardzo dobre śniadania i duży wybór potraw. Możliwość korzystania z atrakcji dla dzieci również w hotelu 4 i 5- gwiazdkowym. Hotel położony przy samym stoku na Nosalu jak i niedaleko szlaków. Mimo niezbyt udanej pogody na majówce dziecko miało zapewnione codziennie atrakcje w hotelu także nie nudziło się. Był to pierwszy i na pewno nie ostatni pobyt w tym hotelu.

Wspaniały hotel. Położony bardzo blisko stoku. Przyjeżdża tu od czterech lat, i zawsze jestem bardzo zadowolona. Przyjeżdżam zawsze z dzieckiem w wieku szkolnym . Jest bardzo dużo zabaw dla dzieci. Naprawdę polecam ten hotel.

The waiter in the dining room was rude so one of the people in the wellness centre and neither spoke english. Hot water in the shower was not maintaining a constant temperature. Breakfast was nice. Dinner was not what I expected. Canteen food, over cooked and all inclusive quality. Hotel is very beautiful.

Poor Staffing and Customer Care

I tried to call two nights before. I called 6 times over a 90 minute period of time and no one answered the phone. The next night I tried again 3 times without anyone answering, so I called Expedia. The customer service person tried to contact the hotel for almost an hour as well and no one answered. Finally Expedia's customer service person sent an email describing my change of vacation plans. There was no reply to the email or recognition of receipt of email. The first response from Nosalowy Dwor was the day after the scheduled stay, saying that I did not show and they charged a no show fee according to there policy. Based on there lack of customer service in answering their phones and reading their emails, it is clear that making money and not taking care of customers is their priority. There are enough hotels in Zakopane that make customer service a priority that I recommend staying at one of them.

Good Restaurant, Poor Hotel, Unfriendly Staff

I have purchased 2 hotel stays in Poland and was convinced that the money was collected by the hotels - as this is what I read in the confirmation email! However, upon check out from the hotel, I was informed that I need to pay because the hotel does not collect any money from customers??? This is totally unprofessional and it happened to me the first time ever!!! I planned my travel very carefully in terms how much cash I need to take with me, and this "incident" negatively impacted on my plans. One of the worst things is that the hotel deducted £7 more, and this excluded the so called "tourist tax" then I initially "paid" via Expedia site. This might be the result of the changes in exchange rate, however charging me £7 extra is absolutely unacceptable!!! I also consider this situation being the result of Expedia's bad service and the lack of clear communication! The reception staff were generally unhelpful and unfriendly! There was no smiles, no "good mornings" but only total ignorance. I thought that this hotel will take something from its posher version next door - "Grand Nosalowy Dwor" hotel but this was a wishful thinking.
