Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Shortly after booking this hotel, someone emailed us that the hotel was actually full and no rooms were available. They said that they could put us in another hotel. However, when I looked it up, that hotel looked very primitive and it was also much cheaper (like 4 times less). I told them that I wanted a refund so I could book another hotel. I booked another place but they refused to refund me. Beware!
