"I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I booked a couple nights but had to leave after one night for personal reasons. The only staff I interacted with was at check in/out. Service was okay but not as friendly or inviting as I would’ve liked. First issue I had was from the start. I had to scan my key card multiple times before I got the door to open (and this happened other times as well). Then, once in the room, as we were closing the window, we noticed a large bug on the side like it had been squished when the window was closed before. It looked dead and dried out like it had been there a long time. Couple of issues with the restroom. The doorknob was broken and detached from the door. The toilet didn’t flush properly although this was fixed once we made front desk aware. The beds were hard and not very comfortable. Overall, the room looked clean (aside from the dead bug) and the a/c worked very well. The hotel is also in a great location. All this being said, I would not recommend and don’t plan on staying here on my next visit."

"I was very disappointed with the desk clerk upon my arrival. We arrived early so I understood that we had to wait until check in time. He made us wait for 4 hours. The other problem I had was that our room key stopped working after the first day. I needed to use the bathroom immediately and couldn’t get into my room. I don’t want to go into what happened. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he would be in later. He never made any attempt to contact me later. I will never stay at this place again. I will also stop using Expedia in the future. "

"The accommodations at this hotel are excellent, the Wi-Fi is fast and efficient, the TV channel selection is superb, the rooms are quiet, the balcony is very pleasant, ther view from the top of the BUFA is incredible, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is very friendly."
