"Great stay in a beautiful hotel "

"The room was fantastic. The hotel was incredible. The view from our room was amazing. Did have a little problem with WiFi in room. The bar is to die for!"

"Pretty new, clean, and a great location. Close to public transport but I can’t imagine having a car here. Modern design but one side of the bed had a tiny “nightstand” with an outlet but nothing at all on the other side"

"Very friendly staff helpful with information and any questions. Able to store bags before and after check in/out with no problems. Tristram was extremely welcoming and chatty in a warm and professional way. The room had everything we needed along with free water and a very effective heating/ cooling system. A bit of fun with the toilet button in reception, try it if you stay. The hotel is close to walk to all major attractions and has shops/ cafes near by and the tram. Highly recommend."

"Clean, modern bright hotel Very well equipped, great location. Female receptionist upon arrival and departure was efficient and friendly, in a business like way. The breakfast staff member was also pleasant. On Saturday afternoon upon returning to the hotel after being out all day, I had popped down to the restaurant to request some milk for the tea and coffee in our room... The woman in the restaurant was quite rude and barked at me that she'd have to charge me for milk.. I hadn't realised there were sachets containing dried milk in the room as the sachets looked like sugar. Once this had been established I was happy to use these. That small encounter soured the experience of customer service. The staff member making me feel like I was requesting something for free that I wasn't entitled to! Not very hospitable service on that front!"
