Was my 3rd or 4th stay. Good value for the price. Breakfast is good - except no hot coffee and/or ran out during breakfast hours. Repeat issue. I also booked a 1 King but given an ADA 2 Queen??? It smelled of cigarette’s at first walk-in. The bathroom didn’t have a functioning or at all fan?? Pool was good. I think they’ve added lights which is nice. They have a sigh that says if it’s not right let us make it right (similar) but the past 2 reviews didn’t produce a call or email response. I book here for the convenience of family who live near but it’s just never “quite” 100% Overall great and very convenient to walk Downtown Yuma and also very doable to walk and enjoy some time by the River.
