"We stayed for 2 nights in a family room. The room was clean and pretty well equipped (kettle, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc.) Perfect for a family of 3. You are in the city centre but it is nice and quiet in the hotel at night and we all slept really well.
There was a wide selection of options available at breakfast and the staff were all very nice.
The only small criticism would be that there isn't a teaspoon provided in your room with the coffee mugs, just 3 wooden take out style stirrer sticks which weren't great as I'd bought a jar of coffee and had no spoon for it. Only a small thing, but a cause for frustration when you're trying to have your morning caffeine fix.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from The Shambles and there are some wonderful places to eat nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
