The location of the property is awesome with a great view. There weren’t any food choices nearby or coffee shops open at the time. The air condition was full of mold so we didn’t use it. The coffee machine was broken when we checked in but they quickly brought us a new one which was never used! That was the best part and the view.

The Grill restaurant is a little pricey but one of the best meals I've had this season! The room was tiny and not as pictured but the beds were comfy. they were decorated for Halloween which was so fun! Nice to sit and watch the surf, but the tour plane looping over was annoying. We would go back

The views were awesome and the food was delicious . It was cumbersome walking to the building next to main resort. We booked on expedia and asked for ADA if available, but was told that is not guaranteed and we had to stay on 2nd floor on our first night. Gage? the valet was super kind and helped us carry our bags upstairs and then back downstairs when another room was available. Even though we were on first floor the steep incline to the room was a bit much for people with disabilities. I feel as though because we booked thru expedia we were not given the assistance needed. Otherwise a nice choice for a stay in Maine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. The only improvement might be small dust pan and brush by the doors, because we didn’t want to bring sand in with us. The beach was great! Just walk across the street. We will be back!

Spacious room across from the beach and walkable to restaurants and attractions. Bring an eye mask if you are coming in the summer because it comes up early and the rooms have regular curtains.
