Unsuitable stay

Hotel was very dirty and unsafe! We ended up checking out after one night and relocating. The hotel staff was not helpful and it’s been hard trying to obtain our refund. Disappointed as the pictures online looked nice!

Value for money but speak English

Big room and bed. Separate and bowl type bath tub with jazzy with shower. Full width and full height glass window. Big part view and walking distance to Lotta Mart. The cons is the front male office staff not good in English 😢 unable to communicate thru room phone. Also poor service: ask Hotel guest to go to front desk as he doesn't understand; other countries hotel will send the staff to the room to support guest.

Disappointing and smelly

We got a smoke room as default even though it says in the order non-smoke room. They weren’t accommodating or helpful when we mentioned it. We even suggested giving us some spray because the room was unbearable it we never got it.

깨끗한 객실에 주차도 좋고 조식도 너무 좋았어요^^ 객실 내부도 생각보다 너무 괜찮아서 정말 잘 왔다 생각했네요~다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요^^ 참 근처에 식당도 많아서 더 좋더라구요~

방 , 숙소는 좋았어요 조식 개인적으로 뷔페식? 좋아하는데 저는 괜찮았는데 여긴 조식으로 오뚜기 컵밥나와요 ㅋㅋㅋ 과일주스, 우유, 컵밥 하고, 한강 라면, 크로플 기기, 토스트기기 이렇게 있었네요 조식 크게 신경 안 쓰시는 분들은 괜찮을 것 같은데 호텔밥으로 컵밥..? 이라고 의문 가지시는 분들이면 생각 좀 해보셔야.. 근데 호텔 주변에 식당 많아서 크게 걱정 되진 않을 것 같습니다.

전반적인 청소 상태가 아쉬웠고 타올은 너무 낡아 교체가 필요할 정도 가족 여행 숙소로는 비추 일반 모텔 보다는 괜찮지만 비즈니스 호텔 보다는 못한 숙소로 본다면 가격은 요금은 비싼 편

호텔 외관이나 룸 인테리어 디자인 같은 외부적인 부분은 딱 봤을 때 새로 지어진, 깔끔한 느낌이 드는데 세부적인 부분이, 예를 들어 청결도라던가 조식공간(무인으로 운영되는데 내부에 화장실이나 손세정제가 없어서 조금 염려가 많이 됐네요), 코로나 명부작성 등이 조금 더 개선되면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 특히 청결도는 시트에 액체 자국(정확히 뭔지는 모르겠습니다..)이 남아있다던가, 테이블에 정체 모를 부스러기가 남아있는 등 개선이 필요해보이고, 청소하실때 조금 더 신경써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 위치는 지하철역, 마트, 영화관, 공원, 음식점 등 여러 시설이 근처에 밀접해있어서 아주 좋아요!

아침 저녁 가볍게 산책할 수 있는 호텔

전반적으로 숙박하기에 좋은 장소입니다. 호텔 후문으로 연결된 산책로가 있어서 만족입니다. (무료)제공되는 조식은 아주 가볍게 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
