Getting off work at 4 am went to hotel and they said we didn’t have a reservation anymore . They said we can’t check in at all . Not even for the next two days and that I was out the $1800. Person behind counter was not helpful at all and rude."

"We had a quick one-night stay for an event and really enjoyed it! We stayed on the 12th floor with a view facing Kaiser and the train tracks, which made for a fun city view. The interior upgrades were beautiful and made the room feel fresh and modern. They also had a cute little event set up in the lobby with yummy snacks, which was such a nice touch. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!"
