Not bad but definetly overpriced for what it is

"all-included", but the amenities seem to lean heavily towards discouraging that. Drinks are served in small single use plastic cups, iced drinks are filled with air, sitting arrangements in the lounge are very uncomfortable and once again you need to use small drink cups if you want to take snacks over to said couches. On the other hand glass water bottles are used, where plastic bottles or an accessible self serve water cooler would fit much better in a pool/spa area. Bathrobes are torn and given without care for sizes,replacing a wet one with a new one costs money, and the stall giving them out isn't alway manned. The bed wasn't exactly clean, with stray hairs on the bedding, and the couch had what looked like cigarettes burn holes. All in all, the place is nice at first look, but once you actually start your vacation all these issues start piling up. We might return just because of the pools and atmosphere, but it is definetly overpriced.

נורית המארחת הייתה שירותית, וכיפית ונהנינו ממנה מאוד לאורח כל השירות! הסוויטה בהחלט מרשימה וגדולה, הגיעה נקייה עם בקבוק יין. התאכזבנו מאוד שהבריכה בסוויטה לא הייתה מחוממת בלילה כפי שצויין מראש ומהקבלה נמסר שאין מה לעשות בנוגע לכך, מאכזב לאור המחיר הגבוה שלה.

חוויה סבירה - שירות מזוויע

סה״כ נהנו מהחוויה במלון, כמות האנשים שמגיעים לימי כיף במלון משנה את אופי החוויה עבור האנשים הלנים במקום. גם לא הסבירו לנו מראש שכל הפוד טראקס שמפוזרים במלון הם חינמים עבורנו. אכלנו ארוחת ערב במסעדת המלון (לא כלול במחיר) וקיבלנו מנה שבכלל לא הזמנו וכשהובהר הבלבול עוד שאלו אם אנחנו מעוניינים עדיין במנה שהזמנו ואז עוד היו צריכים לברר אם אנחנו יכולים לארוז את המנה (מסתבר שרק אם אתה לן במלון ניתן לארוז משום מה). אך החוויה שהשאירה לנו טעם ממש מר מבחינת השירות הייתה בעת הצ׳ק אווט ביום האחרון בשעה 11:00, כאשר התלבטנו האם להשאר עוד כמה שעות במתחם המלון או לצאת מיד לכיוון המרכז ופקידת הקבלה צרחה עלינו ללא שום התרעה מהדלפק שעלינו לשים את הצמיד במידי. הסברנו לה שאנחנו מתלבטות האם להשאר, יושבות כאן לידה ולא זזות ובמידה ונחליט להשאר כמובן שמיד נשים את הצמיד. היא קמה אלינו וחטפה לנו ממש באגרסיביות על סף אלימות את הצמיד מהיד. באותו רגע החלטנו שאנחנו לא נשארות במלון הזה עוד דקה אחת ועזבנו את המלון בתחושה נוראית שהרסה לנו את כל .החופשה
