Beautiful, elegant, and truly welcoming. Spotless rooms, warm staff, and a calm atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home. A perfect blend of comfort and style, one of Yerevan’s best stays.
Our stay at the Dvin was nothing short of spectacular. The property feels new and well maintained. Much like the rest of this beautiful country, the hotel management has a sense of pride in keeping the amenities clean. Each morning we witnessed their impressive cleaning routine of the common areas. The property is a prime access point for walking the city. However, the real reason we will return is the relationships we built with the staff. At the end of our stay, hugs and tears were shed as we said goodbye. The heartbeat of this magical country is in sync with the wonderful humans beings that work at the Dvin.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The service was great, with professional staff who were always courteous and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the pool area was simply exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
I cannot stress enough on how disappointed I am with this property. Considered one of the best hotels in Yerevan, they managed to completely ruin their reputation in one day. My weddin took place in Yerevan on August, and I had one of the deluxe rooms booked with them for the photoshoot and filmography. I visited them 1.5 months before the wedding day to confirm my booking and ask permission for my wedding photoshoot around the territory of the hotel, lobby, and rooms. They've told me that, typically, they do not allow it, but will make an exception. Grateful for their kind gesture, I added another room (cancelling another hotel I had booked). Fast forward to the wedding morning, the photography crew arrived as scheduled at 10AM, and they were not allowed upstairs by the reception workers. They kept calling me and telling that no prior arrangements were made so they cannot allow the filmography. I tried explaining that when I booked the rooms and I asked multiple times if we could film in their property, and since I was told there will be an exception made (quoting: don't worry we'll make an exception), I did not think that further discussions were needed. I paid over a $1000 for a night in a room that I was only gonna use for photoshoot purposes. Because of their incompetence, We started the photoshoot an hour and a half late, were late for church, and almost got denied of our service. My wedding morning was completely ruined!!!!!!

Nice furniture, everything else non-existent
The only luxury thing about this hotel is the nice furniture. Service and amenities almost don’t exist.
Wifi in the room doesn’t exist. The signal is so weak that every website loads for literally 5 minutes. I had to ask 3 times and wait several hours before someone came to check. They promised to fix it the same day but nothing was done.
Calling concierge from the room is useless as they don’t speak English and tell you to come to reception in person.
Their WhatsApp chat “butler” is ignoring you.
Calling in-room dining from the room doesn’t work. The line is silent and not connected.
If you want anything, your only choice is to go to reception in person and wait several minutes. This is because there is usually just one person working there who is completely overloaded with work. Every few seconds, someone calls their phone and they need to keep telling you to wait longer before Im you can even finish the sentence.
Menu (hotel info) in the TV and mobile app doesn’t work. Clicking on anything either shows “not available” or just keep loading.
The gym and spa are closed and not ready yet.
The rain shower is the loudest I’ve ever heard. It sounds like a jet engine. Due to the poor design, it also leaks out water all over the bathroom each time you use it.
Overall, the hotel doesn’t have enough employees and most facilities are not ready yet.
If priced lower, it would be acceptable. But for the highest price in the city, it’s a rip off.
One&Only»)
Больше ничего рассказывать не буду, не хочу спойлерить тем, кто еще не был)
