The rooms at the Opera SuiteHotel are very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service was great. Wonderful breakfast buffet! The hotel is very close to the Cascade and there are great sights, museums, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. I highly recommend it. The only thing that needs attention is the gym.

Wonderful staff specially Mary and Merri at the front desk which were very helpful. Rooms were large and quiet. Very ideal location near many restaurants and parks. Breakfast was good and I wish they had real butter. Option of several fruits was very nice. The staff at breakfast worked very hard to provide a good experience. Very nice place to stay.

The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. The breakfast area is excellent with wonderful views of the Cascade. The food at breakfast was very good and the selection was nice also.

Lovely stay in Yerevan

Great hotel and service, and we loved the breakfast and views. Parking also was fine. Only issue was that we needed some extra pillows and they were not provided. After some discussion, they eventually offered us the pillows at a charge of 1000 AMD per pillow per night which I thought was a bit unconscionable. Other than that, our stay was terrific.

Nice location just a few blocks from Cascade and Opera House. Safe location. Our room was on the 10th floor and it was quiet from traffic noise but on the weekends you can hear music until 11pm from the club on the top floor. Bed was firm but comfortable. Slippers provided. Free bottles of water daily. Good WiFi. Breakfast was very good with good variety.

I was here for 8 days and it was OK. Front desk staff, especially Meri, were very good and helpful. The main issues I had are with the room (101), which looked a bit shabby - wear marks on the bed-frame, broken shower fitting, missing button on the a/c controller, no plug for the bath, toilet cistern not shutting off properly, kitchen table top damaged. When I arrived, the air-con was broken and I had to ask for ALL cutlery, crockery and cookware for the kitchen as there was nothing there. First impressions count and this was not a good start. Having said all that, any requests I made were quickly and pleasantly dealt with, and having the extra space from a suite was nice. It’s a good location- 5 minutes or so walk to the Cascade Complex, a mini-market, restaurants, airport bus-stop and the excellent Papaya pastry shop.

Not particularly quiet, but easy access to sites and public transportation. My negative-ish review is due to front desk staff rudeness. We were two friends (not a couple), traveling together and needed 2 keys as were doing different activities. Was told: Second key not possible The hotel was full and there were no more key cards. Was finally given a metal key from security that did not work. When tried again to get key card, was given one that was only good for 12 hours. The front desk on the last day were wonderful, but the previous day issues were annoying
