Hotel cómodo

El hotel es cómodo, el agua de la alberca caliente y sus jardines son lindos y personal amable, la habitación básica usan ganchos de alambre para que cuelgues tu ropa y no cuenta con aire acondicionado, la zona no se percibe segura, pero el hotel si.

Reservé mi habitación para dos adultos y un menor de 9 años de edad en la Página de Expedía, sin embargo el hotel recibió una reservación para dos adultos y un menor de 3 años. Llegué al Hotel y la persona en recepción me indicó que necesitaba cambiar el tipo de habitación porque la que teníamos asignada, no era la adecuada por la edad del menor. Me dijo que había que pagar la diferencia que era aproximadamente 500 pesos mexicanos más del costo por lo que habíamos reservado en Expedía. A los cual estuvimos de acuerdo y lo vimos como algo justo. La empleada comentó que este costo en total por las dos noches, ya que íbamos a pagar la estancia en efectivo. Sin embargo al otro día, me notificó que el costo iba a ser mayor, ya que la tarifa era diferente por haber hecho la reservación desde Expedía. Hablé con el administrador del hotel, quien fue cerrado y no dio pie a negociar ni respetar el costo que inicialmente me había dado la persona de recepción. No tenía modo de cancelar. Yo no puede comprobar como había hecho la reservación del menor. En la app de Expedía no pude confirmar si fue error mío al hacer la reservación o error en la página de expedía lo de la edad de menor de edad. El hotel estaba en general limpio, pero con ropa de cama y toallas muy viejas. Con falta de mantenimiento y el costo de la tarifa me pareció muy alto para la calidad de la habitación. Acabé pagando casi 1000 pesos mexicanos más del costo que inicialmente me dio Expedía. Terrible experiencia.
