Not pleasant and not worth the price...

The staff is friendly and willing to help, but they just have too much on their plate. The same people seem to be multitasking between the reception, cafeteria and even some cleaning tasks. The first night was quite cold and we just had a sheet in our room. The person at the reception told us there was a mix up and that the people from the morning shift forgot to put a blanket for us. He helped with a couple of extra sheets and a quilt, but we had to wait for a long time before going to sleep. The room wasn't clean enough (there were hair balls here and there) and one day the cleaning staff just didn't show up and others (probably waitresses) did what they could to "refresh" the room. I could go on but, in summary, it's not good enough for the price they charge. We found out that there are other options in the area that may charge a bit more, but you can rest assured you'll get a sufficiently equipped room.

Cuando realice la reservación, señala y confirmaron que serian 2 camas Queen Size. Al momento de realizar el registro en el hotel, me indicarón que eran camas matrimoniales. Que hoteles.com debió haber realizado la aclaración o notificar si aceptaba en esos terminos. NO ENGAÑEN A LA GENTE. He verificado en la pagina de hoteles.com y continua señalando camas King Size.

Todo muy bien, solo que permiten el acceso con mascotas y algunas son muy inquietas, y en nuestra estancia mientras estábamos en la alberca tiene el radio puesto llegaron un grupo de chicas y sin más lo quitaron y pusieron su regetón

Pésimo Hotel

Sin internet, rente una habitación por 2 dias para 4 personas y solo había dos toallas y al siguiente dia seguían 2 toallas siendo que pedí las otras 2, nunca solucionaron lo del wifi, no hubo botellitas de agua de cortesía, una almohada parecía sacada de la basura, rota y rellena de fieltro. El ventilador de techo con una sola velocidad (super rapida) un desastre total, jamas regresaré ahí y el precio es para esperar mucho mas.

Hotel agradable

Es chiquito y rústico. No tiene aire acondicionado pero las habitaciones son frescas y el ventilador es suficiente. Es muy cómodo para relajarse. La alberca es deliciosa, templada y limpia. Hace falta un poco más de atención al detalle ( ejemplo: las toallas son muy duras y no hay jabón de tocador o crema de obsequio- nada demasiado grave). Nuestra estancia fue agradable aunque no lujosa.
