I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel in my life to where the point where I had no sleep and was actually worried about my partner and I well-being. In the beginning we told our hotel room was behind the building and when we got lost and came back we were told that was a mistake. Second time our hotel rooms AC unit was broke and it was extremely hot. The third time we got a new room and we thought everything would be ok but then our key didn’t work. We had people watching us go into our hotel and at 3am someone even knocked on our door and stood there for 15mins. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Did not like anything, it was a terrible room with hardly any front courtain, no hot water at first, nothing to hang our clothes, bed covers were stained, including a bed that seemed to have blood stains.
Staff was friendly and noise wasn’t too bad (we brought a fan to block out train noises). The heat wasn’t on when we arrived and it took a long time to warm up. Sheets weren’t very clean, floors weren’t really swept, and the towels didn’t seem super clean either. Cheap, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Good enough
The staff was absolutely amazing and made me feel at home. The room, though it appeared in good condition, seemed a little bit dirty. The bathroom toilet was uncleaned and seemed to have remnants of the last guest, so to speak, still there. Bedroom curtain was a bit broken and some of the outlets in the room did not work. Overall though, a great stay for a great price and I would stay again if I needed to.
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was four of us and the kids slept on the pullout couch, it would have been nice if extra blankets had been provided or at least offered. The heater in the room took a very long time to warm up but once it did it worked well.
The room was terrible. We didn’t stay the second night. The bathroom was not cleaned. There were holes in our walls and the door. You could hear the neighbors tv. Alll night. Couldn’t sleep bc sirens and train noises all night and customer service was lacking. I have photos but the app keeps messing up so I cant load. But this place was nasty. Bugs too!!
No había agua caliente y la calefacci ón no servía y no estaba limpia la habitación del todo

They can't give the room.. Then i remain on the streets. Spending the night.. Too bad experience
Staff was rude and kept saying we had more then 2 people staying in our room when we didnt they ended up kicking us out of the room because of it. There were also roaches in the room
No soap or shampoo. No toliet paper when we got to room. Floor was dirty. Beds were nice. Had to wait for someone to come to counter. Not in a good part of town.

The one man at the front desk was awful very rude
No hot water in the rooms.
No breakfast as they advertised
Ice machine broken.
basically it's what they say you get what you pay for I paid for king size beds I got queen size beds ran out of toilet paper and they had no toilet paper I had to go buy my own toilet paper and there were stains on the sheets and the blankets but like I said you get what you pay for and I probably will not stay there again I thought it was a good deal because it was inexpensive wrong tried to call them to let them know I was coming in late can get a hold of them their phones just rang and rang and rang to be honest I have no idea how they stay in business
No one was in the front office to check us in. There were a lot of people wandering around the parking lot that did not seem to belong there... Migrant workers maybe. It was not safe. We did not stay. Forfeited all costs as a nonrefundable.

I read the reviews after having already booked the room and was a little worried, I experienced no issues whatsoever. It’s a 50 dollar room so if your expecting a suite then that’s not realistic and that’s your own problem. The place was clean enough to sleep in for the night. If your on vacation with your family for a week then this probably isn’t your place but stop looking for a 50 dollar a night place expecting a 5 star hotel.
I am very disappointed in this property. I booked a hotel room here only to realize within minutes they werent pet friendly. I called right away. Expedia said they could cancel the reservation as long as the hotel approved. Expedia called the hotel and the guy working the desk didnt have authorization to cancel the room and to call back in the am at 7 and the manager could help us get it taken care of. The next day expedia contacted them for us and they declined to refund the room after we were told the manager could get it taken care of. I should of just went to the hotel and stayed with my pet anyway if they werent going to let us cancel. As a person who has worked in the hospitality industry the last 7 years I know very well the room could of been refunded right on the spot. Huge dissapointment in the treatment of guests.
The property was dirty, the doors were unsafe, the sheets were dirty. Overall it was gross to be in. It feels as though the room was not cleaned before I got in, there was even leftover food in the fridge.
This was the most uncomfortable situation my family and I have ever stayed in. From the time we pulled into the parking lot where there were drug addicts lined on a curb at the am pm next door starring at us and hearing them late night moving around outside of our door. When we got in the room the floors had dirt all over them and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The cabinets didn’t have doors on them and looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. The tv had cable but we couldn’t get the volume to work on the tv. When we woke up in the morning and went outside there were bullet casings on the sidewalk in front of our door. The stay was topped off by the sink and toilet backing up into the bathtub which wouldn’t drain. If given the choice between a free night stay or a night in the car we would bring blankets to sleep in the car.
they charge Twice to my CC I do have to walk Four times to front desk to change room
