"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen."

"Poolside sunbeds need replacing, most were overstrectched uncomfortable and dirty. Room was fine no complaints. Staff always helpful. Pool bar okay offered everthing you asked for. "
