"We had a bit of issue with EV charger; the staff was responsive and offered different solutions. Through no one's fault, stuff happens sometimes. But the staff was very patient and helpful and we got enough charging; all's well and ended well. "

"Check in was at 4pm, our room wasn't clean until 9pm!!! The room was dirty, most lilely due to houskeepimg rushing. There was a line out of the lobby with many other guests upset and unable to check in. This was absolutely unacceptable. Management was little to no help!! Will NEVER stay again "

"The rooms were small but lovely &. clean. I appreciated the cotton linens and sofa, over synthetics. And enjoyed spending time on the porch overlooking the ocean. Thanks so much for the handheld showerhead!!There are just a couple things that would have improved my experience. The addition of a trash bin in the food prep area is needed, as there is just one small bin in the bath. And the mattress is very uncomfortable. Both nights of my stay I woke at 3:30 and was unable to get comfortable or fall back asleep from the muscular pain. "
