No respetaron la reservación de 2 días, solo 1 día

Llegamos a las 8 PM del día 25, la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable, perooo nos comentó que solo podíamos quedarnos 1 día de los 2 que habíamos reservado, que porque no podía comunicarse con nosotros y que la plataforma no se lo permitía por un correo común o que da la misma plataforma, nos ofreció tomar los 2 días pero desocupar el día sábado a las 7 am, a lo que le comentamos que no. Solo tomamos 1 día que nos cobro a 1600 pesos y tuvimos que buscar otro Hotel para el día viernes para sábado.

Bonito hotel.

Hotel decorado con múltiples luces, cuidan la limpieza de las instalaciones, ofrecen atención personalizada a través de Whatsapp, lástima que tanto el internet como la señal celular en la zona sean muy malos. Nos tocó ocupación llena, lo cual implicó que no saliera el agua caliente porque tardaba con los calentadores solares. Se reconoce al personal el querer atender las solicitudes del huésped y tratar de brindar soluciones.

Está muy práctico el hotel para ir a bodas cerca, tiene lo necesario para ello. La cama y la regadera podrían ser un poco mejores, pero para el precio-calidad y el objetivo de nuestra estancia estuvo bien.

No es un hotel, es un tipo Arbnb. La fachada no tiene nada que indique que sea un alojamiento, Sin recepción, la puerta principal siempre cerrada y tienes que llamar o mandar mensaje para que te abran, el huésped no tiene llave de la puerta principal. Le hacía falta un poco de limpieza al cuarto.

Rentamos habitación porque teníamos un evento cercano, cumplió la función. Amables al recibirnos, y en general todo bien, sin embargo, el costo es alto con relación a lo que ofrecen, el área común muy pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones, los insumos en la habitación son mínimos y no son por noche sino por estancia (nosotros estuvimos 2 noches), tienen internet pero con bajo alcance. La seguridad es buena y en general está céntrico. Les sugiero manteniemiento en el lavabo (estuvimos en habitación 1). Hay un whatsapp para comunicación pero no es totalmente eficiente. El aire acondicionado y minibar con excelente función. Les sugiero también tener lámparas de buró.
