Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious suite in Executive floor . Unfortunately could not really utilise the lounge, as we were not back to the hotel at the right times. The staff was excellent. The gentleman Will at the front made me feel welcomed and encouraged me to visit Muslim street. The check in ladies continuously smiled and ensured all my needs were met, despite language differences. The kitche staff even reheated my food i purchased from outside.
