enjoyable stay.... but wifi sign-on is painful

Very enjoyable. Nice location. Metro line 2 is now open (25/12/19) and the station is quite close.. Hubin zhong lu zhan. Be aware WIFI. Whilst it is fine while it works, it can be a royal pain to get it working, especially after a day or two.. IF YOUR PHONE/PC SAYS IT HAS WIFI, BUT NO WIFI. This is really frustrating. The reason is... (a) the wifi has a sign-in room page, but (b) getting this page to fire up at all is painful, and (c) the page often half appears but will not load fully. (d) when you finally get this far, then select the room option not the phone. The problem is that the wifi says it is connected, but (a) (b) and (c) (and (d)) are additional problems. There is most definitely a fault or glitch... my PC did it, my phone did it, my wife's chinese phone did it. It can take 30 mins of frustration to fix it, so get ready to be patient!!!!! After ten days we just about figured out a way.... click "forget network" when it fails. If the sign-in page still only half-opens then click "open in browser" in "settings", then go to room guest. It sure is annoying... a waste of time... exacerbated by the system being a daily re-sign type.... so it constantly is cutting you off each day and you have to log on again. When you're there for 10 days... sigh!!!!!

Good room but bad food provided

Quality of room decoration and provisions are good. But the sound proof is not good enough when someone were talking outside my room. It’s quite annoying. Moreover the food quality and taste of the breakfast and the Chinese restaurant are below standard. Considering food quality it’s not 5 star standard.

周边环境很好，空气新鲜。办理入住的时候，前台的小伙给我们升级到湖景房，非常感谢，交通很方便，出酒店就有去中山路的8路汽车，去哪里都方便。 床单不是每天都给换，我们三个人入住，毛巾浴巾只有两套，每天都要给前台打电话再要一套。 泳池的游泳圈是需要花15块钱租的，孩子几乎每天都去游泳，头两天的服务生态度特别好。最后一次去是一个戴眼镜的男生，租游泳圈的时候，他拿出一个幼儿用的小圈，我说太小了，因为我家孩子基本都用大人用的，他说这个就行，我说麻烦您给我换个大的，因为我家孩子体格大，他拿出了一个硬邦邦的游泳圈，我说要那种充气的游泳圈，他皱着眉头，极其不耐烦的说这个就行，因为我看见那边放着充气的游泳圈，我生气的说我就要充气的，他又极其不耐烦的瞪着我说，好吧好吧。我花钱租的，想要什么样的，我可以选择吧，凭什么你给我决定呢？我拿到游泳圈之后，就听见，那边的门，哐的一声被他关上了，真的很无语。 还有就是去厦门的几天里，基本都在下雨，前台的人说，房间里应该有，而我们的房间里没有，每天都要交200元押金，借两把伞，每天都是这样，太不方便。

Pullmann - Style - man bekommt was man erwartet

Es gibt eigentlich kaum was zu nörgeln, alles so wie man sich das vorstellt. Der Pool hat sogar ein 20 m langes Becken. Zimmer sind gut und sauber, das Bett ist toll und das Wlan extrem schnell und stabil. Personal spricht mehr oder weniger englisch - ist aber hilfsbereit und nett. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Umgebung.
